Custom & Personalized Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Our Quality Guarantee: If we made a mistake (sent the wrong item, color, or size) or if your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right! Please contact us within 3 business days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or solution.
