Care Instructions

- 🧼 Hand wash gently in cold water (recommended).
- 🧺 Machine wash only in a mesh bag, using the "Silk" setting. (Linen - using the "Linen" option)
- 🚫 Do not use strong detergents or bleach. "Separate dark and light colors when washing."
- 🔥 Iron inside out on the lowest silk-safe setting - avoid high heat to prevent damage, or best with steaming iron to restore shape and drape (Linen - using the "Linen" option)
- 💡 Avoid rough surfaces and keep away from sharp objects that may damage the fabric.

📦 Returns & Refund Policy
We gladly accept returns if they meet the following guidelines:
- 🕒 Return within 30 days of delivery.
- 📨 Contact us within 3 days of receiving your item via Etsy messages to initiate a return.
- 🔖 Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original labels intact (not cut or removed from the product).
- 🚚 Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs to our studio in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and a $4.9 return processing fee per item.
Every item is handmade with care to ensure quality. While return fees may feel inconvenient, they help us maintain fair policies and support the work involved in producing and processing handmade garments.

• Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- 💳 Refund process: Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method (if all conditions are met).

• Any item returned in used, washed, damaged, altered, or tag-removed condition.

If you receive an incorrect item, incorrect color, or an item with a manufacturing defect caused by our team, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.
