My order hasn't arrived

Please allow up to 21 business days for your parcel to arrive before reaching out. Sometimes packages are marked as delivered but arrive days later. It is the BUYER's responsibility to collect packages if they get delivered to a Parcel Shop or Post Office. If packages get returned to us because the buyer is not available to receive the package, the buyer will be responsible for any fees or charges for reshipping. No refunds will be given if your order gets returned - however I will re-ship whenever possible and may charge for a shipping fee. **Lost in Transit** If your order is lost in transit (this does unfortunately happen sometimes) and it is not the fault of the address, then please reach out to us and we will issue a replacement.

All items are made to order specifically for you. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once your order has been placed and production has begun.

International Shipping - Taxes and Fees

Depending on the geographical location of the shipping address, different shipping and import fees will be charged. Customs and Import fees are NOT COVERED by the purchase and the buyer will be responsible for covering additional fees. Please inform yourself about the import and customs regulations of your country BEFORE purchasing. Our Items will be shipped from the US or EU.

My order was marked as delivered, but I haven't received any package

1) Please wait up to 21 days. In many cases, packages show up later, even though the tracking says otherwise. 2) If after 21 days the package still hasn't arrived, double check your address in your order. 3) Contact your neighbors. 4) Check your local post office. In the US, every post scanner has GPS, so the post office knows best where your package is and who was responsible for delivery. 5) File a claim for lost packages with the carrier. Every buyer is responsible for receiving the packages. If a buyer was not available during delivery, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the local post office ask for proof of delivery and file a claim. We cannot offer replacements for orders that were marked as delivered.

You may cancel your order: ⚠️ Within 2 hours of placing your order, OR ⚠️ Before your item has gone into production (whichever comes first) To request a cancellation, contact us immediately through Etsy messages with your order number. If your item has already entered production, we cannot cancel or refund the order. **Why the time limit?** We begin production quickly to get your order to you as fast as possible. Once production starts, materials are committed and the process cannot be reversed.

Where do you ship from? 
We are partnering with established printing facilities in the US and Europe. Based on your delivery address, we will ship from the location closest to you, ensuring fast and efficient delivery no matter where you are!

How long does shipping take? 
We typically dispatch orders within 1-3 business days during non-busy seasons. During holiday seasons, it can take between 2-5 business days for processing your order.  Delivery can take 2-7 days depending on the carrier network.
In very rare cases though, this may extend to 14 days when shipped internationally or to certain areas. Rest assured, we’re committed to getting your artwork to you quickly and will provide tracking links so you will always know where your order is and when it arrives.
 
My order arrived damaged 
We carefully package your art to keep it safe, but sometimes accidents can happen. If your print arrives damaged, please reach out with a photo, and we’ll quickly arrange a replacement.
