If I have the necessary materials on hand at the time of purchase, I often start the process immediately, aiming to ship the next business day. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which generally delivers within 4-8 business days, depending on your location. Can I request a custom design?

Absolutely! Custom designs are a special part of Whitney Made It. Custom orders are priced at $65. Here's how it works: 1. Submit Your Design: For business logos, please upload your artwork in SVG format. 2. Stay in Touch: Keep an eye on your messages. I'll be in contact to send you mock-ups of your design. Do you offer local pickup for orders?

All of my doormats come in a standard size of 18x30 inches, which is ideal for placement in front of a single door. This size is carefully chosen to ensure a perfect fit for most entryways, making your welcome area look inviting and well-decorated. If you are interested in a bigger doormat, please reach out to me.
