Sometimes PDF files don’t open or print properly due to device settings, browser issues, or Etsy’s download system. Each file is double-checked before and after upload, but from time to time, technical glitches may happen—which are unfortunately out of the seller’s control. 📥 My order shows as “Pending” or “Processing,” but I already paid. Why can’t I download the files?

When an order is marked as “Pending” or “Processing,” it means Etsy is still verifying the payment. This is part of Etsy’s internal system, and sellers don’t have control over when the payment is fully processed. Even if the payment appears completed on your end, Etsy may still be reviewing it. Download links will remain locked until the order is confirmed. In most cases, Etsy finalizes or cancels the payment within 72 hours.
