I offer made-to-order digital products only. No physical items are shipped. Once completed, your final artwork will be delivered digitally for download and personal use.

How does the order process work?

First, you place your order. After checkout, you send your description and reference photo(s) via Etsy Messages. I then create the design based on your details and deliver it within the agreed timeframe for your review.

Where should I send my photos and details?

Please send all photos and descriptions through the regular Etsy inbox (Messages). Do not use the “Help Request” or “Help with Order” option, as this disrupts workflow and may cause delays.

When should I send my photo, and what kind do you need?

Please send your photo as soon as you place the order so I can begin promptly. I require a clear, high-quality, well-lit close-up headshot. The face should be sharp, unobstructed, and not blurry or pixelated.

Are there any photo restrictions?

Yes. Please avoid hats, caps, or sunglasses that cover the face. However, if you want the exact same hat, cap, or sunglasses included, clearly state that you want the reference followed exactly as shown.

Should I specify how closely the design should match the reference?

Yes. Please clearly mention whether you want the design to match the reference image exactly or if you are open to small artistic adjustments. Clear instructions help ensure the best result.

What is the delivery time, and can it be faster?

Standard delivery is 3–4 business days after I receive your photo and description. During festivals, holidays, or busy periods, delivery may take slightly longer. If you need faster delivery, contact me before I start, and we can discuss a rush option, which may require an additional fee.

What is included in the design, and can I request changes?

I focus primarily on faces, working within the style, layout, and template shown in the listing. Major layout or style changes are not included. I maintain my established template to ensure consistency and quality. Revisions are available for reasonable adjustments (e.g., colors, expressions, minor details).

Can you add extra people, and how do revisions work?

Yes, I can add additional people within the same theme, with an extra fee per person. Revisions typically take 2–3 additional business days, depending on complexity. If your photo is unclear or unsuitable, I may request a new image, which can extend delivery time.
