How do I access my digital files?

1) Go to Purchases and reviews. 2) Next to the order, select Download Files. This goes to the Downloads page for all the files attached to your order. You can also go back to the item’s listing page, where you should see an “Instant Download" message on the images for the item. How do I open the .ZIP file?

Right click on the .ZIP file and select extract file.

How do I print the artwork?

There are 3 ways to print: 1) Print from home 2) Take or email the files to your local printer or photo printing shop 3) Upload the files to an online printing service like Printful

What type of paper do you recommend printing on?

Poster paper, Matte or Semi-gloss.

Can I have a custom file size?

Sure! Message us your size requirement. We will email to you the custom file via WeTransfer after you have purchased the listing.

Can I customize the artwork?

Yes, message us your requirements. We will be happy to create customized art JUST FOR YOU. :)

Why did I only receive a text file after purchasing a set of 3 prints?

You will see the download link when you open the text file. Copy and paste that link into your browser, where you can download the zip file. This is because some files are too large to be downloaded directly from Etsy!
