Unfortunately, I had a difficult time using this template for my project. Resizing the template didn’t solve the issue, because the photo blocks and photos would still need to be resized and adjusted individually. This meant that instead of making the process easier, I ended up needing to do a lot of the layout work manually. This template work if you work with the exact dimensions for your project and you don’t need to resize or significantly adjust the photos. For my needs, it created more work than it saved and ultimately wasn’t usable for my project.

I understand the issue as you had reached out for a refund. Etsys policy on digital items states that they are not eligible for return or exchange. Since the item was purchased and downloaded, the sale is final. Refunds can be issued at the discretion of the seller. In this instance, the dimensions of this template are shared within the listing so buyers can make a confident decision purchasing the product I’m providing. The sizes I have chosen for this template are the dimensions Canva has chosen if you wish to print and order a physical copy of the album through Canva. I apologize that the template didn’t meet your immediate needs.
