Do you offer refunds if my package is lost?

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors and local post office. If it’s still missing, contact us, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

How long will it take to process my order? How long does shipping take?

We send all orders to production the same day they’re placed. Production typically takes 1–3 business days. Shipping generally takes 3–5 business days within the U.S. However, during busy holiday periods, shipping usually takes longer.

Can I cancel my order?

If you placed an order by mistake, please contact us immediately, and we’ll cancel it—as long as it hasn’t already gone into production.

Can I return or exchange my mug? What if my mug arrives broken or with a printing error?

Since our products are made to order, we don’t accept returns on personalized items unless they arrive defective. If your mug arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage. We’ll replace it or offer a refund—no hassle!

Can I see a proof of the design before it’s printed?

We don’t automatically send proofs to speed up production. If you'd like a preview, please message us when placing your order.

What if I made a mistake when entering the name?

If you notice a mistake, please message us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to correct it.
