I accept custom and personalised orders. this can be anything from variations in name, date of birth, colour and style. just ask! Please note - custom prints are non refundable.

If you need a size print that is not listed, please contact me. I can have your print printed in most sizes.

Gift wrapping and packaging

items are currently packaged in a cellophane pocket and then mailed in a secure hard back envelope or durable mailing tube. A gift note can be provided however gift wrapping is not available at present.

Where do i return my prints?

If you would like to return your order, your prints must be returned to my UK address in a resellable condition. This applies to all sales, including sales purchased in the U.S. Upon receipt of the prints, your refund will be applied.

SHIPPING:
We ship from London, EU and USA for speedy transit times.
It is our priority to ensure a secure, safe and speedy delivery of your item. Items are posted in a protective plastic sleeve and then posted in a strong board-backed packaging or sturdy postal tubes for the utmost protection of your purchase.

RETURNS:
We accept returns to our UK address and so long as the item is received in a resealable condition, a full refund (minus the original shipping fee) will be refunded to you. You are responsible for the payment of returning the items to us. Please note, we do not accept returns on customised or personalised prints.
