How do digital templates work?

Great question! Our digital templates are easy to use, by following these simple steps; Step 1 - purchase your item and receive the link to your editable Canva template. Step 2 - personalise your template on Canva by editing the text, font and size. Step 3 - once you're happy with your design, save and download your template in JPEG, PDF or PNG format. Step 4 - print at home or professionally!

Do I need to download any software to edit the template?

No- Canva website is free to use and doesn't require any software downloads.

Do you offer printing services or only digital downloads?

At the moment we only offer digital downloads- but are always looking to expand our services, so watch this space!

What can I edit on the template?

You are able to edit any personalised text and information, as well as the size and font of the text.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

As per Etsy's policies, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges on our items, as they are digital downloads. If you are experiencing any issues, please contact us and we'd be happy to help.

What if I encounter issues while customising the template? Do you offer support?

Absolutely- feel free to contact us anytime via Etsy messages and we're more than happy to help.

Are the templates compatible with both Windows and Mac computers?

Yes absolutely- the templates are accessed via a PDF link and edited on the Canva website.

Can I request a specific theme or design that isn't currently available in your store?

Of course! We love creating bespoke designs- feel free to contact us with your request and we'll send your quote over.

Do you offer bundles or discounts for purchasing multiple templates?

Yes definitely! Our bundles or single items are all available in our shop. If you would like something in particular, but can't find it, let us know and we'll either send you the link or create a new listing for you!

Are there any specific printing recommendations?

With your templates, you're able to print these from home or professionally via a printing company. We'd recommend our templates to be printed on high quality paper, ideally at least 250gsm.
