My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?

Can I change the name, colors, or details after placing the order?

We can usually make small changes if your item hasn’t gone into production yet. Just message us as soon as possible — we’re always happy to help.

Absolutely. We use high-quality wood, smooth edges, and child-safe water-based paints and finishes. Each item from Space Chris is made with safety and care in mind.

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to show colors accurately. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings or natural wood texture. Each item is handmade, so every piece is unique.

Why isn’t my order tracking? The tracking shows that only a shipping label was created — does this mean the order hasn’t been shipped yet?

Thank you so much for your message — we completely understand how confusing tracking updates can be. When the tracking shows “label created” or doesn’t update for a while, it doesn’t mean your order hasn’t shipped. This is a very common situation with USPS and international carriers: The package is already on its way, but The carrier hasn’t scanned it at the next facility yet. Sometimes parcels get their first official scan only after arriving at the next sorting center, which makes it look like nothing has happened in between. Please don’t worry — your order is safely in transit. As soon as the shipping carrier performs the next scan, the tracking will update automatically. Will longer names fit on the puzzle or stool?

Yes! We adjust the size and spacing so longer names still look beautiful, balanced, and easy to play with. If you'd like a preview before ordering — we can create one for you.
