Custom and personalized orders

I would love to customize or personalize your t-shirts, if I'm able to. I believe that's what makes Etsy so awesome! So, send me your requests and let's see if I can make something special for you.

Washing instructions will be included with each order. To keep it looking perfect it's best to follow the provided instructions. Turn garment inside out when washing Machine wash cold Use mild detergent No bleach, no fabric softeners or dry clean. Hang dry or tumble dry low. If you must iron then turn garment inside out and iron on low.

What material(s) do you use for your garments?

My Black and white Bella Canvas shirts are 100% cotton. All my heather Bella Canvas shirts are 52% cotton/ 48% poly. I use high quality, washable, comfortable fabrics. The heat transfer vinyl is CPSIA certified safe. Glitter is smooth and will not flake, peel or rub off. (it is SO pretty and sparkles more than photos show) My rompers/turbans are cotton blends unless noted otherwise in listing post Tutus and ribbons are made from polyester. I use a professional heat press to ensure quality and a professional look. Your item(s) will look good wash after wash!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of these items, they are non returnable. These items are made to ordered. Therefore they are not able to be returned or exchanged. however, if their is a defect and/or mistake on our part I would gladly ship out a replacement. ( you must send proof of defect and/or mistake within 48hrs of confirmed delivery) PLEASE ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK SIZING AND COLOR OF T-SHIRT BEFORE PURCHASING. ALSO, READ THE DESCRIPTION FOR DETAILS ON VINYL COLOR BEFORE PURCHASING.

Do you carry other color shirts are style other than what is listed?

BECAUSE MY SHOP IS NEW , UNFORTUNATELY , I CAN ONLY KEEP A SMALL AMOUNT OF INVENTORY. AS MY SHOP GROWS OTHER STYLES AND COLORS MAY BE ADDED. THIS ASSURE THAT I CAN PROCESS ORDERS IN A TIMELY MANNER. At the moment, I only carry 5 colors from Bella Canvas shirts collection. ( black, white and heather: peach, sea green and storm). My kids/toddlers/girls shirts are only in black or white. If a design uses a different color shirt or style, other than my said shop colors, the color/style shirt is only available for that specific design. At the moment, I only carry unisex adults shirt, unisex toddlers shirts and girls youth princess cut shirts

When will my order ship?

Every item is made and shipped within 5-7 days, sometimes sooner depending on orders. If their is a delay in process time it will be noted in the shop announcements section and/or the description section. Shipping is also 3-5 days, but I do not take responsibility for a delay that may occur after your package is shipped. Please follow up with the postal service if a delay happens.

Where do I add my personalization information?

Please leave personalization changes in the notes at checkout or personalization section. This is so I can see it with your order (even if you message me). Missing information can slow down the process time.

What is the best way to contact you?

Our customer service is open Monday - Friday 9:30am - 3:30pm. PST. Please keep all messaging through Etsy. This insures all information and conversations will be linked to your order or listing in question if I need to refer back to them. I try to check my email regularly but Etsy's messaging is the best way to communicate. I try to answer all questions within the same business day within our business hours. If it is my busy season, it may take up to 48 hours for a reply. Questions received after 4pm on Friday and over the weekends will be answered on Monday.
