HOW TO ORDER A CUSTOM T-SHIRT

Check and review all listing photos.

Select your t-shirt style and size from the drop-down menu.

Choose your shirt color from the drop-down menu.

Select your quantity.

In the “Add Your Personalization” box, enter:

Your text (name, word, date, etc.)

Your text color (example: White, Black, Gold)

Your font number

Add to Cart. Repeat the process to add multiple shirts (for family or groups) in different colors/sizes.

Click Proceed to Checkout.

Your custom shirts will be ready to ship in 1–3 business days.

📌 If personalization details (text color or font) are missing, we will use the default options.

This listing is for one shirt only. To make a set, adjust the quantity or repeat the steps above.

ORDER COMMUNICATION

Please check your Etsy messages frequently after placing your order.
We may need to confirm missing or incorrect details before processing.

COLOR & DESIGN INFORMATION

Some shirt/text color combinations may be hard to read.

Examples of NOT READABLE combos: white text on white shirt, black text on black shirt, dark grey on dark grey.

If you select a not-readable combo, we’ll attempt to contact you. If there’s no response within 24–48 hours, we reserve the right to adjust text color for readability.

Please note: screen settings and lighting (indoor/outdoor) may slightly change how colors appear.

SIZING & FIT

Unisex fit: slightly longer and looser than women’s cuts, semi-fitted for men.

For women: order your usual size for a relaxed fit, or size down for a fitted look.

For men: order your usual size for a fitted look, or size up for a looser fit.

Kids sizes available from Age 2 – 12.

Please always measure and compare with the size chart for best results.

Small variations up to 0.5” are normal within manufacturer guidelines.

Material:

Heather colors: 52% cotton / 48% polyester

Athletic & Black Heather: 90% cotton / 10% polyester

Solids: 100% ring-spun cotton

All are lightweight, soft, and pre-shrunk.

SHIPPING

Processing time: 1–3 business days (extra time may apply for 3XL–5XL, kids, or special orders).

USPS First Class: 2–5 business days

USPS Priority: 1–3 business days

USPS Express: 1–2 business days

Please note: processing times are in addition to shipping times.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We do not offer refunds or returns for any reason.

Exchanges are only available for short-sleeve crewneck and V-neck shirts from standard (non-customized, non-seasonal) listings.

Excluded from exchanges:

All personalized/custom orders

Kids, infant, and plus sizes (3XL–5XL)

Tank tops, long sleeves, sweatshirts

Holiday/seasonal designs

Final sale or clearance items

Exchange conditions:

Buyer covers all shipping costs (to/from).

Contact us within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange.

Return item must be shipped back within 7 days in new, unworn, unwashed condition.

Reshipment fee must be paid before we send the replacement.

⬥ CANCELLATIONS

To cancel an order, you must contact us via Etsy messages (not email) within 1 hour of purchase.

No exceptions, as we process and ship orders very quickly and may already have started production.

⬥ RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds or returns for any reason.

Please double-check your order details and read all item descriptions carefully before placing your order.

⬥ EXCHANGES

✅ What can be exchanged:

Eligible short sleeve crewneck and V-neck shirt styles only.

Must be from our standard, non-personalized, non-seasonal listings.

❌ Exclusions (not eligible for exchange):

Final sale / Clearance items

Sizes 3XL, 4XL, 5XL (special order)

Kids shirts & infant bodysuits

Tank tops, long sleeves, sweatshirts (seasonal)

Any custom/personalized items (names, dates, words, etc.)

Holiday/seasonal designs (ex. Fall Vibes, Christmas themes)

Special ordered items

Hard-to-read color combinations (see listing notes)

Incorrect color selections or entry errors by customer

Misspelled words entered by customer (we print exactly as written)

Screen/display color variations

⬥ EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Buyer pays all shipping costs (to and from).

We do not provide return labels.

Buyer assumes all shipping risks (lost or misdelivered packages).

Items must be in brand new condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, free of stains, odors, or pet hair.

Time limits:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Ship item back within 7 days of delivery.

After this timeframe, exchanges cannot be accepted.

⬥ EXCHANGE PROCESS

Contact us via Etsy to request an exchange (must be approved first).

Ship item back within 7 days (customer covers shipping).

Pay the reshipment fee to cover the cost of sending the replacement.

For higher priced items (e.g., XL → XXL), the price difference must be paid.

⏰ If the reshipment fee is not paid within 30 days, we reserve the right to cancel the exchange and donate the returned item.

⬥ UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

Do not return an item without contacting us first.

Unauthorized packages will not be processed.

To have an unapproved item returned, a reshipping fee must be paid within 7 days. Otherwise, the item will be donated.

⬥ REPLACEMENTS & ERRORS

If we make a mistake, we’ll gladly send a replacement.

Steps to claim a replacement:

Contact us via Etsy within 3 business days of delivery.

Send a clear photo and description of the error.

We’ll review and confirm if it was our error and ship a replacement ASAP.

❗ Exclusions:

Damage caused by customer after receipt.

Large stains, tears, or obvious damage not possible during packaging.

Press marks/wrinkles from the heat press or packaging—these disappear after washing.

We do not issue refunds for errors, but we will replace the item. Please order in advance to allow time for any unforeseen issues.

⬥ DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If a package arrives damaged, do not open it—take it directly to USPS to file a claim.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office, neighbors, and USPS carrier. File a “lost mail” claim with USPS.
