Yes! Charm & Glow Signs offers worldwide delivery by partnering with trusted courier services to ensure every order reaches your doorstep safely. Please note that taxes, duties, or import fees for some countries are often applied once the delivery reaches its destination. Such fees must be paid by the recipient.

What is your order processing time?

We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible and aim to dispatch it within a maximum of 3-5 working days from the moment the order is placed. However, please note that shipping time does not include production time. Ensure your shipping address is correct. Orders placed on Friday afternoons, during weekends, or on national holidays will be processed the next business day. During holiday periods, such as Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and Easter, orders may be subject to delays. Please allow a few additional business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once confirmed sent proof, all custom printed orders begin processing very soon. After order has already started printing, it will not be possible to cancel or change it. Swatches are not eligible to be returned or refunded. Please contact us from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM EET by direct Etsy message.

Where are your products made?

All of our digitally custom printed fabrics and products are made in a family-run studio in Lithuania. Lithuania is one of the three Baltic states located in Europe.

Is your production eco-friendly?

Our textile printing process uses non-toxic pigment inks, and this printing method is widely recognised as one of the most environmentally friendly textile printing methods. We make every effort to keep our supply chain short, sustainable, and ethical. Our fabrics are responsibly sourced from local and European manufacturers, and they are OEKO-TEX certified, meaning they contain absolutely no harmful substances and chemicals. We start production only when you place an order – we print only as much as you need and not an inch more.
