Can I cancel my order or change my address?

Because my printing partners and I strive to get your order processed/fulfilled/shipped out to you as quickly as possible, it is very difficult (and often times not possible) for us to cancel the fulfillment process/change order details once submitted. With that being said, I will never able to cancel/adjust orders once they are in the actual process of fulfillment, have tracking information and/or are in transit. Thanks for understanding!

Why isn’t my tracking information showing movement?

Once a tracking number is attached to your order, it has been handed off for transit either by myself or by one of my printing partners. Please allow 24-72 hrs for initial scans to reflect in the tracking. “Pre-Transit” does not mean that your package is being held up on this end but rather indicates that it is awaiting a scan from the carrier. Reaching out to the carrier (or me) about the status of your tracking unfortunately will not expedite this process. Your patience is appreciated! Please allow 10 full business days (US orders) of no tracking update(s) before assuming a package is missing.
