3. We will send you a request to access your store as a collaborator.
4. We’ll start working on the store that’s made just for you! We’ll customize anything or you want and need to your store.

1. A Shopify Account - if you don’t have one yet, that’s fine! We’ll work on it in our development store and transfer full ownership to you after completing your store!
2. Your website content (Images, logo, text etc)
3. Your branding kit

What is the expected turnaround time?
- Please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to finish the store setup after we have access to your store.
- NOTE: We do not work on weekends. If an order is placed during the weekend, we will work on it during Monday. Our timezone is (PHT UTC +8)

What if I’m in a rush?
- You can pay for rush order and we’ll put in extra hours o finish your project once we have all the information.

Is support available after setup?
- Yes, we provide support after setup.

Will I be able to edit my store if needed?
- Absolutely. Our themes are fully customizable and easy to use!
