❗️By purchasing and downloading our digital products, you agree to the following terms:

✅PERSONAL USE: Permitted as long as designs are not used in a way that enables others to copy or download the graphics.

✅ONLINE MARKETING, SOCIAL MEDIA, ETC: Permitted after modifying and flattening the graphics into your own design.

✅COMMERCIAL USE: Permitted for physical end-use products only*. Designs may not be re-sold, shared, or given to other businesses, wholesalers, or retail companies, even if printed on physical products.

*With the exception of digital papers and clip art, which may be used for the following finished and flattened digital products for sale: digital planners, printable crafting templates, invitations, cards, party printables.
Any other use for digital products is prohibited unless given an exception in writing from ResourceMart.

✅PRODUCTION PARTNERS: You may share the files with a printing company or production partner only for the purpose of producing items for your own business or your own personal use (for example, transfers that you will apply to final products you sell, or printed apparel that you will sell yourself).

🚫You may not give your printer or production partner permission to sell, share, reuse, or distribute the designs in any form. This includes selling the designs on their own products or offering them to other customers.

Contact us if you ever need to confirm or provide proof of licensing. License confirmations will be checked against the name and address on your order. Be sure to enter your information accurately if you plan to use our graphics commercially.

You MAY NOT:
🚫Claim ownership, copyright, or take credit for the designs, even if they are printed on physical products. Purchase does not transfer copyright, ownership, or grant sub-licensing rights. Copyright remains with ResourceMart.
🚫Sell products using ResourceMart designs on factory-to-consumer marketplaces such as Temu, Aliexpress, and similar sites.
🚫Use graphics on printed transfers for sale, including but not limited to sublimation transfers, DTF transfers, vinyl transfers, waterslide decals. Graphics may only be sold on physical end products such as tumblers, shirts, mugs, glass cans, etc.
🚫Sell or share ResourceMart designs with a wholesaler, factory, or any retail business, even if printed on physical products. You may only sell to end users.
🚫Distribute, sell, or share electronically. Designs/files may not be posted online or shared in any way that allows others (aside from your own production partners) to download or copy. Designs may only be displayed online with unremovable watermarks.
🚫Use graphics in design resources or competing products such as clip art, scrapbook paper, sticker sets, or similar products.
