Will I receive a physical product?

No. All items in this shop are digital mockup files — nothing physical will be shipped. No shipping, no waiting.

What format are the files?

All files are high-resolution digital files, you’ll receive a PSD (Photoshop Document) file with smart object layers, designed for easy drag-and-drop use. Double-click the smart layer, insert your artwork, save done. Some mockups may include extra JPEG previews, bacground images or additional formats please check each listing for details. You could open/edit the file vis Photopea.

Can I request a different file format?

Absolutely! If you need a mockup in a different format (e.g. PDF, JPEG, PNG, TIFF), just message me before or after purchase, I’ll convert the file for you, usually within 24 hours.

Can I use these mockups for commercial purposes?

Yes, commercial use is allowed for showcasing your own products. You can use these mockups on: - Etsy or Shopify product pages - Instagram & Pinterest marketing - Client presentations - Print catalogs or portfolios However: You cannot resell, redistribute, share, or offer the mockup files themselves, even with modifications. I want a different size. Can you customize it?

Yes. Some mockups are made for specific paper sizes or ratios (like A3, 4:3, 5:4, 2:3). If your artwork doesn’t fit well, just send a message with your preferred size or format, so I may already have something similar, or I can offer a custom mockup (often for free).

How do I use your PSD mockups?

Most mockups come with an editable Smart Object layer — just double-click the layer, paste in your artwork, save, and it will automatically update in the frame. I also include a quick guide with every purchase. If you’re new to mockups, feel free to message me for help.
