If you have debated buying this for your child’s first day of school pictures. Stop and do it! I did get my first order and my daughter’s name was wrong and Nicole was QUICK to fix the issue and get me the correct one with no issues. I am now saving for the next order from her for my house. Did I mention it’s adorable? The apple has the cute little shine at the top of the apple and leaf that I wouldn’t even think to add.

Still have not received the product. The seller was very condescending and rude about the processing and shipping times. The "estimated" shipping dates are inaccurate and you will probably not receive your item until well after. Even when I asked about processing times and if I would receive it by the said dates, instead of a direct answer, I was told that it would be in the next day's shipment, which was a lie. A shipping label was created, but the item was not sent until 3 days later. Had the seller not been so patronizing in our messages to each other, this could have been resolved, but instead they chose to be rude and stand offish about something their own page says they can deliver by.

I’m sorry you felt disappointed. For clarity: your order was placed Sunday and shipped Friday, well within my 5-business-day processing time. Tracking shows it arrived in your city the following Sunday, just one week later. You mentioned “I can take the pictures whenever lol,” and never asked for expedited shipping. After it shipped, you said you’d leave a negative review unless refunded. I stand by my work and posted processing time and don’t appreciate when people try to blackmail makers this way so I sent the review link. Have a great day :)
