Custom and personalized orders

Hi, at this time I cannot do custom/personalized orders other than those already offered in the shop, such as a full sheet of one decal, etc.

My order got lost in the mail. Can you help me?

Absolutely! I wish I could control what happens to your order once I ship it. On occasion the Post Office will lose an order. If this happens to you, please contact me and I will do my best to replace the order, if we can determine the order is actually lost. I love my customers and pride myself by having some of the best customer service in ETSY!

It's always a good idea to measure your cup first, and then check the measurements in the listing photos:) If you have any questions please please convo me before you purchase, I am happy to help! I work a day job, but I will get back with you in a timely manner!

IMPORTANT! These are not permanent until sealed in place, we use the epoxy method:) There are several great tutorials on YouTube, checkout BrittanyBarnesBoutique, she has clear easy to follow tips and tricks for best results.

DO NOT use solvents, alcohols, hand creams/sanitizers etc or get these agents on the vinyl, it may damage the design.

SPOT WHITE: This means that underneath the design is a coat of white, so when you put the decal on your surface it will show up better against the colors of your surface. If you order your decal in clear/clear cast then the colors you use underneath will show through the design too - so keep that in mind for your project, sometimes that's a great idea, but sometimes the image can get "lost".

All orders come with tracking, so you will know where you order is during the shipping process. Please make sure you address is up to date:)
