~ The boring (but important) Info ~
To minimise waste, our products are made-to-order. We work with manufacturers across the globe who bring our designs to life. Production time is up to 2 weeks, but typically under a week. Production can take longer in busier holidays. To minimise our carbon footprint, the product will be delivered directly to you from the manufacturer. This way we can get it to you as soon as possible!
This also means your selected items may be coming from different manufacturers, resulting in multiple parcels arriving to you at different times. If you would like to know if this will apply to your selected items, feel free to drop us a message with the items you are interested in/have purchased.
Shipping typically takes 2-4 weeks, but again can be longer in busier holidays.

Notes about fabric types & colour:-
- Different fabric types will have a certain amount of variation in their base white colour. This means that garments of different types but with the same graphic design/colour selection may have slightly differing colours, particularly designs that are majority white.
- All garments are a base colour of white, and have the colour and/or graphics printed on to them. The underside/inside of the garment will be unprinted white fabric.

Let us know if you're interested in any of our items in a different colour palette and we will do what we can to accommodate your wishes.

Item measurements may deviate a few cm from what is listed in the sizing charts, due to human error.

Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address at checkout, as we are not responsible for any delivery issues regarding an incorrect address.

The courier now requires a mobile number contact in the case of delivery issues.
Please provide this alongside your address in the space provided when editing your 'send to' address.

Cancellations - You have a 2 hour window from the point of placing your order to request a cancellation. After this point, your order is sent to our manufacturing partner(s), so ensure you are happy with your order and have selected the correct sizing before making the purchase, as we cannot accept cancellations or changes after the 2 hour window. Also triple check you have entered your address correctly, as this also cannot be changed post-purchase.

Returns - Goods will need to be returned to our UK address. The buyer is responsible for the cost of a return delivery, and the item must be unused, in a re-sellable condition. Returns must be requested within a 14 day period upon receipt of your order, then you will have another 14 days to return the item(s). Once the order is returned to us we will issue a refund. If there is any loss in value, the amount will be deducted from the refund.
In the case of a non-delivery that results in the parcel being returned: Unfortunately the parcel would be returned to the manufacturer, who don't have the ability to hold on to returned goods. Ultimately this means we cannot refund any orders that were not received by the buyer, due to their parcel not being collected from their delivery centre, undeliverable, rejected by recipient, error in address etc.
If there are any issues/defects with your order, let us know right away, including photos and/or videos of the problem(s).

Due to the nature of fabric and the process of fabric printing, on the rare occasion some very small imperfections may be present on the garments that aren't considered a defect if within reason. This may include ink dots, garment construction markings or loose fibres.

Please familiarise yourself with your countries' tax/vat/customs laws, as these potential charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Unfortunately, this item cannot be shipped to APO military addresses.

Any extra amounts paid for upgraded shipping methods are non-refundable.

Due to the difference in monitors, the colour may vary ever so slightly to what you see on the screen.
