Custom and personalized orders

Hi, at this time I cannot do custom/personalized orders other than those already offered in the shop, such as a full sheet of one decal, etc.

My order got lost in the mail. Can you help me?

Absolutely! I wish I could control what happens to your order once I ship it. On occasion the Post Office will lose an order. If this happens to you, please contact me and I will do my best to replace the order, if we can determine the order is actually lost. I love my customers and pride myself by having some of the best customer service in ETSY!

Brittany Barnes Halloween Element sheet, Boho Ghosts and Bows UVDTF OR Clear Vinyl with Spot white ink underneath the design to help it show up on other colors. Please read the info graphics included in this listing for information detailing the differences between UVDTF decals and Clear Cast Vinyl Decals. Each medium has their strengths and weaknesses.

Clear Vinyl: These designs are printed on clear, repositionable vinyl and have a layer of white ink under the color layer. This layer of white ink helps the designs show up better on darker surfaces.
These can be repositioned and are not permanent until sealed in place using the epoxy method.
There are several great tutorials on YouTube, checkout BrittanyBarnesBoutique, she has clear easy to follow tips and tricks for best results.

UV DTF: UVDTF is printed on an adhesive backing (A sheet). It has a dense white layer of ink under the color layer, and then gets a varnish layer on top of the color. This makes them glossy, durable, and waterproof. They are laminated with a clear sheet (B Sheet) that is removed once the design is burnished in place.
THE UVDTF Decals are PERMANENT upon application! Carefully plan where to place the decal before removing the backing. Follow the instructions included in your tip sheet:) YouTube also has great tutorials for UVDTF decal ideas and tips. UVDTF decals are only for hard surfaces, and not meant for fabric or heat transfers. You can epoxy over them too, they are beautiful on your glitter tumblers! Hand washing is recommended, not dishwasher or microwave safe.

DO NOT use solvents, alcohols, hand creams/sanitizers etc or get these agents on the vinyl, it may damage the design.
