Step 1: Choose Your Layout
Decide if you’re printing:
• One per page — best for single-sided printing or professional cutting
• Two per page — saves paper and is great for home use

For “One per Page” Printing:

Select the front and your chosen back design when downloading
In Canva, choose PDF Print, and tick:
  • “Crop marks”
  • “Add bleed”
Open the downloaded PDF
In your printer settings:
  • Select print on both sides
  • Choose flip on long edge
  • Set scale to 100% (not “fit to page”)
  • Use the highest print quality available

For “Two per Page” Printing:

Select the front and your chosen back when downloading
Download the pre-formatted 2-per-page PDF (no need to add crop marks or bleed — it's already included)

Open the file and print using these settings:
  • Print on both sides
  • Flip on short edge
  • Set scale to 100% / Actual Size
  • Check your printer is set to high print quality

Print onto US Letter or A4 cardstock

Cut using scissors, a guillotine, or paper slicer

****Avoid printing directly onto 5x7" cardstock — this may leave an unwanted white border around your design.
