How do I access my digital download?

As soon as your payment is confirmed, Etsy gives you instant access to your files. On the order confirmation page, click “Download Files.” You can also re-download anytime by going to: 👉 Your Purchases & Reviews If you purchased as a guest, your files will be sent directly to the email Etsy has on file. Tip: Check your spam, junk, or Promotions folder if you don’t see it right away.

I can’t find my download. What should I do?

Don’t worry, your files never expire. As long as your order was not canceled, you can always re-download your files from the Purchases & Reviews page. If you are still having trouble, send us a message and we will make sure you receive your artwork.

Do I need special software or an account to open my files?
