First I'd like to say I would give this person 10+ stars for customer service if I could. They provided me the color key separately then helped me work out why I wasn't able to open the file. They were kind & patient, and didn't point out I was stupid for not understanding the download button was really that. I bought this pack of dinosaurs to use for my grandson's shirt. They are really cute. I chose to test the long neck dinosaur and tested it in the two sizes my machine would stitch, the smallest and medium size. There were problems with both. The parts that stitched out correctly are beautiful, but the outline errors draw away from how beautiful the rest of the dinosaur stitched out. I'm still new to machine embroidery and I'm sure some of the problems I had are my fault and not that of the designer.
There are only 2 designs in this pack. I can not seem to find the other designs.
