Watch band colors and engraving.

We only offer the colors that we have listed and shown in our photos and option choices. Our partners make these watches as is, and cannot make special changes to the watches. The only part that can be changed is the watch face which I design and edit myself. Thank you.

Paying extra to ship faster.

Unfortunately we only offer the ship options that are available at check out. With over 5 years of experience in the print on demand industry with having worked with over 10 partners over that time extra shipping options are hard to come by.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We are the artists. Each order is considered specially made by my production partners which means they don't accept any returns or exchanges. Thank you.

Orders occasionally can be held up at customs for a couple weeks. Usually it gets through in less than a week but this is out of my control.

If your item is defective or damaged in transit please reach out to me with relevant photos and I will be happy to replace free.

If you have any issues with delivery please contact me so I can investigate to find your package. If it is lost we will replace.
