I'm interested in a custom tapestry, how do I get in contact with you to make an order?

The quickest way is through my instagram, as I try to post regularly and keep in contact with followers and customers. I'm always open to different ideas. :)

Can I still order something that is marked as sold out?

Absolutely! If an item is marked as sold out, I am either tweaking the design, the design is out of my current rotation, or the yarn used is no longer available. If you’d like a sold out design, it would be considered a custom design as it isn’t something I’d currently be working with. Please refer to my answer about custom designs for further questions.

Am I able to customize the colors on an already existing design?

It really depends on the design. If I’m able to do a color change request, there will be an option on the listing for an additional charge. On the personalization note, please either write out your color change preference (if you have a specific shade (i.e sage green, baby pink) please include that as well.), or you can direct message me before ordering to ensure your needs are met.

How do you display your tapestries?

If the tapestry is light enough, you could probably get away with a thumb tack. If it’s a bigger piece or a piece with a thicker dowel, I would recommend a nail. The string is thick, but please be mindful as yarn can still be fragile and may pull or snag. If you want it to lay completely flat, find a gap in between the corner stitches and place a thumbtack on both bottom corners.

How do I clean my tapestry?

You shouldn’t have to clean it, as all items sent out are washed, steamed, and blocked. If something does happen and you do need to clean it, try and spot clean as best you can. If spot cleaning isn’t an option, gently hand wash using warm water with 2 teaspoons of laundry detergent.
