6. Receive a preview within 1–2 business days (usually less time!)
7. Once approved we will email the hi-res files over to you.

To make sure your custom print looks amazing, please follow these tips when sending your photo:
● High-Quality – Clear, sharp, high-resolution photo (no blurry screenshots).
● Good Lighting – Natural daylight works best
● Straight-On Angle – Pets are facing forward or slightly to the side. We can, however, work with what you have!
● Full Face in Frame – Ears, eyes, nose, and mouth should all be visible.
● No Obstructions – Please avoid hats, blankets, or objects covering the face.
● Show Personality – Choose a photo that captures their true character!
