What packaging do you use?

To keep postage costs as low as possible (and they are huge for overseas), your order will be packed with the sole aim of protecting it, so it arrives safely. This means it doesn't look glamorous, with mainly recycled materials used. Bubble wrap is a sometimes a must, but it can be stored and reused.

Why are your delivery estimates long?

As I am a one-woman show, I don't compete with large online mass retailers. If you need your order quickly, please message me and I am usually able to accommodate.

Do you use tracking on postage?

I use tracked shipping as much as possible, but sometimes for lower priced items it is simply not economical.

My advice is not to use a dishwasher or microwave for most of my vintage crockery. They weren't designed for our modern efficient machines.
