I ship via USPS Monday - Friday, except on Holidays and Federal days. Once payment has cleared your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days. I ship to the Etsy address you provide, not your PayPal address. Please make sure that it is the correct address, I will not ship to any other address than the one provided during checkout. All orders are shipped First Class unless upgraded at checkout. I highly recommend adding insurance to your order, which can be done as an upgrade. Please contact me with any questions you may have. ** International orders will ship First Class up to 2lbs (approx 4 yards). Orders over the 2lbs must be shipped Priority Flat Rate. Please contact me prior to purchase to set up a custom listing.

I cannot accept returns on patterns, or quilt kits with patterns for copyright, trademark reasons. Please contact me and we will work together to find a solution. I will not refund shipping costs for any reason and will not pay to have an item returned. Refunds must be approved by me, the item(s) must be uncut, unwashed, same condition as it was sent and returned postmarked within 7 days of delivery with insurance.
