INSTALLATION TIPS

Full wallpaper orders are printed to order according to your selected size, material, and color preferences and are therefore considered goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, full wallpaper orders are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal and cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun.

Standard, non-customized wallpaper samples remain eligible for the 14-day right of withdrawal for buyers located in the European Union. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
