How do I send a picture for my purchased item?

Send a picture via the "Message Ursula" button or email mestorydesigns@gmail.com (Title: Your order number). The higher the resolution photo the clearer the image on the poster. A photo effect will be applied.

What is your current turnaround time?

Why would I want a digital printable file instead of a physical print?

Digital prints mean print at your convenience, as many times as you want. No shipping fees and no waiting for your print to arrive. Because the file is emailed to you, you can have the final product in your hands much faster than if purchasing a hard copy. Need it really fast? Print at a one-hour photo lab - you could potentially have your order printed the same day you order it.

How do I print the digital printable file once I receive it?

Print at home using your home printer or have the poster printed at your favorite print shop. The background color is a part of the design. The JPEG file is in high resolution - 300 dpi. Simply print on white paper and use as is, or put in a frame. No printed material is included. Frame not included. Colors and contrast vary between different monitors, so the colors of the print may not match your monitor's display exactly. Due to the nature of the item I provide, you may not return or be refunded. I do copy and paste most of the time so make sure you have punctuation how you would like.
