You can purchase just the plaque (which easily attaches to any crate using Velcro), or choose one of our limited-edition solid wooden crates to complete your setup. These crates are designed to be interchangeable — simply swap the plaque each season for new celebrations like Easter or Halloween!

• Please allow 4-7 working days for your order to be made before dispatch. I work by myself and do all orders in turn of receiving.

• Due to being in a very rural location, we are limited to 1 or 2 collections from Royal Mail each week. We cannot offer a 'rush' service but you can upgrade to Tracked24 at the checkout which will ensure a faster arrival once your order is collected. Otherwise it is sent as 2nd class without tracking.

• Processing time is separate from postage time. Etsy’s delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Please be aware 2nd class can take up to 10 working days in some circumstances, so do upgrade to Tracked24 if needed.

• Please check all spelling, dates and personalisation carefully, as your item will be made exactly as entered. If the item has specific font styles, please check the images for examples or ask for a proof - as we cannot replace items if you are not happy with the font once made.

• We do not accept returns on our items as each are personalised or made especially for you. Please ensure you read descriptions clearly or get in touch for a free proof of your order.

• Please contact me if your order has not arrived more than 10 working days after the latest estimated delivery date.

• Natural wood grain, colouring and knots will vary and are not considered faults. Please only order if you are happy with the beautiful look of natural wood grain, knots and markings on wood.
