HOW DOES IT WORK WHEN PURCHASING A DIGITAL ITEM?

1. Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout and payment. 2. Once your payment has been processed and confirmed, the files will be available to download. They will be ready to use right away! 3. A link will be sent in the email you submitted with the order you placed.

WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF USE?

My Junk Journal designs are for PERSONAL USE and SMALL SCALE COMMERCIAL use. Small scale refers to items that you created using my designs and offer for sale. This includes up to 500 items. My Clipart designs are for PERSONAL and COMMERCIAL use. You are not allowed to resell my designs as is, as junk journal designs or clipart images.

If you have any questions regarding any of my digital products, please feel free to ask me before purchasing. I would love to help, if at all possible.

I CHANGED MY MIND AND WANT A REFUND, IS THIS POSSIBLE?

Unfortunately, no refunds of digital product purchases are possible. I do want you to be happy, so please contact me so we can find a good inbetween.

WHEN DO I GET ACCESS TO THE PRODUCT I BOUGHT?

Straight away! My products are instant, digital downloads, so as soon as your purchase has registered, watch out for an email on how to access your files. Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any problem at all accessing your purchase.

FOR HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS TO THE PRODUCT?

You have lifetime access the product. It does not expire and you will be totally set to return and download it again in future. In the event that you struggle to download it again in future, please don’t hesitate to contact me so I can assist you.

ARE THE DESIGNS EDITABLE?

The designs are not editable, but you are free to contact me for a custom or personalised item.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY PURCHASE?

1. ACCESS YOUR DOWNLOADS FROM YOUR EMAIL There is a link in the email sent to you immediately after your order. 2. ACCESS YOUR PURCHASES WITH THIS LINK a. Sign in to Etsy.com using a browser, not the Etsy app. 2. Go to Your account, by finding the circle icon that has the shape of a head in it. It could also be your profile picture. 3. Click on Purchases and reviews and scroll to find your purchase from DailyDaisyDelights. 4. Next to the order, select Download Files. This will take you to a page with all the downloads that are attached to your order.

MY COLOURS PRINT WEIRD – HELP!

• Print at 100 % scale, high-quality setting • Use 200 gsm matte photo paper (or 65 lb cardstock) for rich colour • Every monitor & printer combo is calibrated differently, so slight shifts are normal. • For best results, print using a colour laser printer, and not a deskjet printer.
