Due to the nature of our made-to-order products, we can only accept returns or exchanges if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or if it is the wrong size, i.e., if it was mislabeled. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and correct it. Please note that it is not possible to exchange an item for a different size or color. If you are unsure about the best size for you, please refer to our size charts: we have one for each item listed in the product images.

I received my blanket on time and it is made of quality material and looks just like the picture. I’m only disappointed about the size. There is a sample photo showing the different sizes, however, I think the price for the 30 x 40 is a little high and the phot is not a great representation of the size it is like a hand towel/very small baby blanket. When I messaged the seller and explained my disappoint I was referred back to the photo of size comparisons and told it can still be a nice keepsake for an adult woman the purchase was intended for. The seller wasn’t rude just not the level of service I was hoping for. All in all I would still recommend this seller and purchase just be sure to read very carefully to order the correct size so your expectations don’t get the best of you as mine did!!
