How do I download my mockup files?

After purchase, Etsy will provide your digital download. Some listings include files directly through Etsy, while others include a PDF with a secure Google Drive link to access larger files. Please check the individual listing details for exactly what is included. If you have trouble accessing your download, please send me a message and I’ll be happy to help.

What file formats are included?

File formats vary by listing. Some mockups include PNG + JPG files, while others may include PNG + PSD files with smart objects. Please review the listing images and description to confirm the exact files included before purchasing.

How do I use my mockup?

For PNG or JPG mockups, open the file in Canva, Photopea, Photoshop, Procreate, or any program that supports PNG/JPG images. Place your design on top of the mockup and resize it as needed. For PSD mockups, open the file in Photoshop and place your design into the smart object layer.

Can I edit the background or elements?

PNG and JPG mockups are flat image files, so the background and scene elements cannot be edited separately. PSD files may include editable smart object layers where noted. Please check the listing description to see what editing options are included.

Can I use these commercially?

Yes. You may use my mockups to display your own designs in product listings, websites, social media, and marketing materials. You may not resell, share, redistribute, or claim the original mockup files as your own. You may also not use the files to create mockups or templates for resale.

Can I request a custom mockup?

I’m not currently accepting custom mockup requests, but I’m always open to suggestions for future shop additions. Feel free to message me with ideas for products, colours, or styles you’d love to see.

Will I receive a physical product?

No. All items in this shop are digital downloads only. No physical item will be printed, packaged, or shipped.

How are your mockups created?

My mockups are thoughtfully created using real blank product imagery, digital styling, and AI-assisted scene creation, then refined for a clean, cohesive final look.

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?

Due to the digital nature of these files, I’m unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been made. However, if you have any trouble accessing or using your files, please message me — I’m happy to help.
