Etsy Shipping Dates/Lost Mail:

Please understand that the timing Etsy gives is not only an estimate which most sellers would agree is incorrect for international shipping but they also do not adjust for the Christmas season. As stated in the listings most packages should take 2 weeks but up to 6 during holiday seasons. I cannot do any refunds/send out replacements until this time is up. After that time I am happy to replace/refund the order.

Does my item come tracked?

Tracking is now given to all international orders by default, UK orders do not come with tracking but an upgrade is available at checkout if you wish to do so. If you wish for something more specific like signed, please message and I'm happy to help.

I sadly cannot guarantee when my items will arrive, I can provide you with quicker mailing options if you message me, however once I post it, it's out of my hands. CHRISTMAS SHIPPING! Once again I understand the timing Etsy provides internationally but after November 20th there's a high risk it does not arrive by Christmas. I will try my best to post the day you order during the season, but as stated before once I post it is outside of my control and I will not refund/replace until the 6 weeks are up as I have had all my orders show up by then. **Last RECOMMENDED order date for UK customers 12th December, however I would buy before if you want to guarantee it in time.**

'Can you make merch of?'

I do appreciate these messages but please do understand that I can only go so niche and this is my hobby while I do art school and retail work. I will be honest about the possibility of that character in the future, but also if you are really wanting something super niche I have commissions for badges quite regularly. (But I do honestly love seeing what people request :D)

SHIPPING:

I am based in the UK and send things via Royal Mail, Etsy is generous with it’s times for international shipping and can take between 2-6 weeks. Most arrive within 2 but holidays can prevent this.

Shipping does NOT come with tracking, if you would like to have it tracked message me before purchasing and I can work something out. This will put up the price of shipping.

If your item gets lost in the mail I will replace it once 3 weeks(UK) and 8 weeks(International) have passed.

All items available are in stock and I aim to have them shipped within seven days via Royal Mail. If I have any issues with postage I will be in touch.

Such an amazing little keychain (its not little at all) I adore the chibi style, and the seller was really communicative when letting me know shipping would be delayed :)

Bought this as a gift for one of my friends, and I'm absolutely excited to give this to her! It also came wrapped, so I really appreciate that! I did open it a little bit to check on the keychain, and it's exactly as described. Thank you so much. It's really hard to find maid Cyn merch!:3
