Since everything is made to order, we do not keep pre-existing stock. However, we stand by the high quality of our products. Should your order arrive damaged due to a manufacturing issue or shipping error, just send us a photo, and we will immediately send a replacement. You have a 1-hour window from the time of purchase to modify or cancel your order, but only if processing or shipping has not yet begun. If your package arrives damaged, this is usually due to issues during shipping. Please immediately contact us through Etsy and include photos of the damage. These photos are necessary for us to process an insurance claim.
