Vintage 1960's J.L. Hudson Plaid Wool Suit, Fitted Jacket with Velvet Collar, Skirt with Small Box Pleats

Absolutely pristine condition! Take it off the hanger and wear it immediately. This 2-piece suit came from the J.L. Hudson Company, often referred to as "Hudson's". Hudson's was a prominent department store chain founded in Detroit, Michigan, in 1881. It was renowned for its extensive selection of merchandise, including its own private label clothing lines, which offered quality garments at accessible prices. The store was a significant retail landmark and a symbol of Detroit's commercial history for much of the 20th century. This suit, bearing the J.L.
