Gamestation Go D-Pad Thumbstick adapter kit (Console/Gamepad not included)

Are you looking to retrofit your GSG stock D-Pad with a more ergonomic Thumbstick? This kit is designed to attach to your GSG console or wireless Gamepad's D-Pad without any drilling or permanently damaging assembly steps. The thumbstick is fully removable such that you can return your console or gamepad back to stock condition. As long as you have NOT already modified your stock D-Pad in any way, follow the enclosed instructions exactly, allow the special adhesive to cure for 24 hours, then this adapter will bond securely and work perfectly and add greater enjoyment to your gameplay.

I need to warn all buyers that since the D-pad has such a small surface area to bond to and is made of a slippery plastic, you MUST follow my directions exactly, otherwise it wont bond strongly enough to allow for proper thumbstick play. You must have kit building dexterity to properly align the adapter to the D-Pad. You MUST allow 24 hours for the adhesive to set and thus you MUST have patience. If you have already modified your D-Pad, you don't like following directions, do not have a bit of model building skill, or you do not have patience, please do not buy this product. I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON THIS PRODUCT.

The kit comes complete with:
- adapter with adhesive pre-applied
- 2 different screw on rubber tip choices (note that I switched the all black tip to a red body)
- 2 alcohol wipes to degrease your D-Pad prior to assembly
- 3 spare special adhesive discs in case you mess up the installation
- 1 small plastic pick to help remove the hard to remove adhesive release liner
- Detailed 2 page instructions with nice big photos to follow

Note that the hardest part of the assembly is removing the release liner from the pre-applied adhesive. This adhesive is designed specially to bond to slippery materials and the release liner is by default slippery too but still bonds pretty darn well. I warn you that you will say bad words when trying to peel the release liner. If you have sharp tip tweezers or a needle, it will work better. I also have included 3 spare adhesive discs if you mess things up the 1st time.

One final note: For those customers who have purchased my 5 piece CX-78 joystick tip set, this adapter will accept those tips, I however do NOT recommend using the Coleco or Intellivision tips from that kit as it may apply too much torque to the adhesive and start to loosen up.
