Custom and personalized orders

100%! This is what our shop mainly catered to. We have this in our every listing. We can also cater to changes in font and icon colors! Just choose what you want from the color options, put it on the notes and we’ll take it from there. 🙂

We only want to provide accurate info, and that includes the shirt sizes. For a RELAXED fit, choose your NORMAL size. for an OVERSIZED look, go 2 SIZES UP. for a SHIRT DRESS look, go 3 SIZES UP.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Since we partner with a print provider to fulfill the order, we will not be able to offer personalized packaging, but we can 100% cater to personalized gift cards! Just send us a message or do it before checkout. 🙂

Since most of our items are made to order, we will not be able to cater to refunds, unless there is a fault on our end. If it does happen, kindly send us photos of the item, and we will take it from there. Please also note that our items are addressed individually, and not by batch. Any delays on parcel deliveries are out of our control, so we are not able to offer refunds on these scenarios.

Cancellation and errors on orders

Let us know so we can make the changes! We’ll also send you the final look of the order before submitting. If we do not hear back from you in 7 hrs, we’ll assume the details are correct and process it.

Please note that the colors of the print may vary slightly due to lighting, different monitor calibrations, and phone display settings. We strive to deliver high-quality designs, so text placement and colors may be adjusted slightly based on the shirt color, shirt size, or the length of your custom text (if applicable) to ensure the best aesthetic outcome. We also use DTG (direct to garment) printing method. Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing for a soft, detailed finish. Because the ink prints directly onto the fabric, slight variations like minor bleeding, color shifts, or softer edges may occur—especially compared to digital mockups. Additionally, the size of the design may be adjusted proportionally depending on the shirt size. 💕

Processing and Shipping Timeframe

Processing time takes 2 to 7 business days, while shipping is 2 to 5 business days for US orders, while 10 to 30 business days for the rest of the world.

POST-ORDER PROCESS:

The final design for custom orders will be sent to you first as a courtesy. Should we not hear back after 48 hrs, we will assume all details are correct (which is based on your notes, of course!), and we will send it to production.

Since we work with a production partner to fulfill the orders, we kindly request that you double-check the information you’ll put in, since we won't be able to cancel it once the order is sent to production.
