Do you accept returns and exchanges?

As all our items are made to order, this includes the sizes and colours for garments you choose for your order to be made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is found to be faulty. If the item is faulty and you require a refund or replacement, we must be notified within 48 hours from receiving the item. We may ask you to send the item back to us at our cost if the item is found to be faulty. If it is for a return for an unpersonalised product, the cost of sending the product back to us will be at your own cost. All items must be sent back within 7 working days of receipt and in exactly the same condition as it arrived. P&P will not be refunded.

Can I amend my order?

You must message us immediately after you have placed your order. Otherwise, unfortunately you are unable to amend your order after your order has been processed. Most of the time, we will begin to process your order as soon as it comes in. Please ensure your personalised requests are put in the personalisation box at the time of placing your order. Please ensure the details you provide are correct including your postal address. Please read item descriptions. What we receive is what will be printed. Once your order is in the 'processed' stage and you request an amendment or cancellation, we will not be able to do this for you and no refunds will be due.

CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME

The processing time varies for each item. Usually 3-5 working days on most items and 5-7 working days for clothing. Processing times for each item however is displayed at the time of placing your order, at checkout before you make payment and again on your email receipt. This is know as the 'Scheduled to ship by' date. Postal times are on top of this date.

Can I have my order by a certain date

All of our items are sent using Royal Mail 48 Hour tracked delivery. We do offer 24 hour Tracked Delivery upgrade for UK customers and DHL Express for International customers which is available as an upgrade at checkout. For UK customers who select 24 or 48 hour delivery, this does NOT mean you will receive your order within 24 / 48 hours. Processing time will still apply to all of our products.

My item has been returned back to you

If your order is returned back to us for any of the reasons listed (this list is not exhausted), we will NOT issue you a refund and you will be liable to re pay postage to have your item sent back to you:- 'incorrect address', 'address partially missing', 'recipient did not claim', 'recipient refused parcel', 'recipient no longer at the address' - refund will not be processed. If your order is a non personalised item which we are able to re sell and your order was sent back to us by the courier for any of the reasons above, we may accept to refund you the product cost only minus postage fee's. This is at our discretion.

Returns for NON personalised items

If you have placed an order for a non personalised item - we may accept a return at our discretion only. If an item for example a garment colour of your choice (other than our standard colour mentioned in the item description) and chosen text colour to suit your taste (other than our standard colour mentioned in the item description)has been made, then a refund will not offered. Postage fee's on any returned item will not be refunded. It is the buyers responsibility to return the item in the same condition being a re saleable condition. Buyer will have 7 working days from the date of receiving their order to return the item for an agreed refund to be valid.
