We typically take 1-3 business days (on average, 3) to create your item. After that, shipping usually takes 2-5 business days within the U.S. Please check our shop announcement for holiday processing times, as these may vary.

If your order hasn’t arrived, please check the following: • Your shipping confirmation to ensure the correct address was entered. • If the package was left at your local post office or with a neighbour. If the shipping address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
