🖨️ DTF Transfer Application Instructions

Please read before pressing your transfer.
These instructions are for applying Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers onto garments such as cotton, polyester, blends, and more.

🌡️ HEAT PRESS SETTINGS
(Settings may vary slightly by press type, so test first if possible.)
• Temperature: 290–320°F (143–160°C)
• Pressure: Medium to firm (around 60 PSI)
• Time: 10–15 seconds

👕 APPLICATION STEPS
1. Pre-press your garment
○ Press for 3–5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
○ Make sure the surface is flat and smooth.
2. Place the transfer
○ Position the DTF transfer film side up (ink down) on the garment.
○ You can use heat-resistant tape if needed to hold it in place.
3. Press the transfer
○ Use the settings above (290–320°F, 10–15 sec, medium-firm pressure).
○ Ensure even heat and pressure across the entire design.
4. Peel the film
○ COLD PEEL: Let it cool completely before removing the film slowly.
(If your transfers are “hot peel,” specify that here instead.)
5. Final press (optional but recommended)
○ Cover the design with a parchment sheet or Teflon sheet.
○ Press again for 5 seconds to ensure durability and a smooth finish.

🧺 CARE INSTRUCTIONS
• Wait 24 hours before washing.
• Wash inside out in cold water.
• Tumble dry low or hang dry.
• Do not bleach or iron directly on the design.

💡 TIPS
• Always test one transfer on similar fabric before doing bulk orders.
• DTF transfers work best on smooth, lint-free garments.
• Avoid using steam during pressing.

✨Important Note: If the image does not fully transfer, repress with the parchment paper in place, let it cool, and then try peeling again. This process requires a heat press capable of delivering 60PSI of pressure.
