Save Money as you Travel America on routes from City to City, collecting Route Cards and Cash!
SETUP
1.Place the Savings Board Map in front of you.
2.Cut out all Route Tickets and place them in a draw pile.
3.Keep both dice within reach.
STEP 1: ASSIGN COLOR VALUES
1.Roll the Numbered Die of your choice to determine the value for each color on the color
dot die.
2.Write this amount next to each color on the top of the Savings Board Map.
STEP 2: PLAYING THE GAME
1.Draw one Route Card.
2.Roll the Color Dot Die as many times as needed to complete the route.
3.For each color rolled: Save the amount assigned to that color.
4.Mark the color on the map in one of the White dots along the route.
5.Continue rolling until all required white dots for the route are colored in. This does NOT
need to be done in one saving session.
REPEATING ROUTES
If you draw a Route Ticket that takes you through a route you’ve already completed:
1.You do not need to re-roll the colors.
2.You do need to re-save the dollar amounts for that route.
TRACKING YOUR SAVINGS
Write the total amount saved for each completed route directly on the Route Ticket.
ENDING THE GAME
You may:
1.Complete one route or many
2.Stop when you reach your personal savings goal
3.Or finish all route tickets
There is no wrong way to play — this challenge is designed to fit your savings style
