Do the bags come with bows and gift tags?

Our bags do not come with bows and/or gift tags. We sell precut ribbon and gift tags separately. If you click on our shop and scroll through the listings (or go to the Ribbon and Gift Tags sections), you will find our listings for ribbon and gift tags.

Can you attach the bows to the bags for me?

The bows don't hold up well in transit if they are attached to the bags, so we don't make the bows. Our precut ribbon is cut to the right size for our variety of bag sizes and will be ready for you to assemble.

What size of ribbon should I purchase?

If you are buying small bags, make sure you purchase from the small ribbon listing. If you are buying medium or large bags, please purchase from the medium ribbon listing.

My bags have wrinkles, what do I do?

Due to the way our bags are packed (with handles tucked in and pretty tightly to keep shipping costs low), your bags may arrive with a few wrinkles. If you open your bags, the wrinkles will dissipate naturally with time. Also, the bags "have a side" also due to the way hey are packed. There is one side that is usually flatter than the other - you can put the bows or gift tags on that side and let the other side unwrinkle naturally. If you would like picture perfect bags, you can iron them! Just make sure you don't use excessive heat because the lining on the inside will melt. Iron with caution! Lastly, if there is a bag that doesn't look quite right, please send us a note with a photo and we'll send a replacement.

Will my bags look like the bags in your photos?

Yes! The bags in our photos are the same bags that you will receive. A little catch though, these "divas" were part of a 10 hour photoshoot! A lot of time and effort was put into making them look beautiful - which included ironing each one of them.

My bags have a scent, what do I do?

Jute is a natural fiber and has a mild scent, just like straw hats, burlap bags and other items made with natural fibers. Some people are more sensitive to the scent of jute than others. This scent is normal and as long as the bags don't have watermarks, there is nothing wrong with them. Unpacking a bunch of bags in a small place will make the scent stronger. If this bothers you, you can always air them out for a few hours (while making sure they don't get wet) and the scent will dissipate.

I bought the wrong size, can I exchange my bags?

Yes, will work with you to exchange your bags. Please click on our announcement to get our return address and policy. Once we receive your bags, we will refund them. And you can place an order for the correct size any time! This only applies to plain bags, we cannot exchange personalized bags but of there is something wrong with them, please contact us!

These bags are super great quality and the price is right. I am using these bags for our son's Welcome Dinner the night before his wedding. I also added ribbon to tie on to the handle, which is also an option to purchase with a huge selection of colors. You can purchase the ribbon pre-cut.

The quality of the item was way better than expected!!! I loved how nicely they packaged them. The only thing I will say its there is a distinct odor, but its expected with the fabric of the bags. Overall, I loved it came right on time. These make great welcome bags for wedding guest.
