Leather is a natural product. Hides vary in color, finish, shape & size, making every piece of leather - and the things made from it - one of a kind. Some leathers will surface scratch more than others. No need for alarm, this is normal. Usually a good buffing (rub in circular motions with a clean, dry rag) will do the trick. If you want your leather to last a good, long time, every now and again you’ll want to condition it. Good products are saddle soap, mink oil, or neatsfoot oil (you can find these at most hardware stores). Try a test spot first though, as these products may darken your leather. Note: they are not to be used on suede! Follow the product directions as advised. Always say no to plastic for storing your leathergoods

That's right, let your boots do the carrying! This is a wallet designed specifically for cowboy boots. It is a small case, built to only carry ID and a couple cards, and possibly some folded money. There are straps that, once snapped, tuck under the boot strap. This essentially hides it and makes the wallet harder to see from the outside of the boot. Unisex.

Made from thin vegetable tanned leather & waxed thread. Choose from Wood Grain, Black, or Natural Tan. The Natural Tan is hand-oiled & sealed. This option will gradually darken with time & use. The Wood Grain & Black are hand-dyed. Please note, the depth of the wood grain color will vary from wallet to wallet. All wallets are hand-cut, with hand-punched holes and hand-sewn, double whipstitch style.

Vegetable tanning is the lengthy process of treating hides with plant & tree bark tannins to produce leather. "Veg tanning" is one of the oldest methods of tanning around. The result is a leather with a distinctive look and feel that ages beautifully.
