We also like to reward customers for specific and valuable insight and input, including discovering or suggesting a reasonable, better quality product or service.

Cancelation, Return & Exchange Request Conditions:

We may not accept cancellations. Potential cancelations may be based on the stage of production or processing of your order. We do not automatically accept a return or exchange request. If your order was filled accurately, it may not be eligible for a return or exchange. Note our outlook and issue prevention information above. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with details of a return or exchange request. We will engage in a solution discussion and / or notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

Return Conditions (if applicable) 1 of 2:

Ship items back within 21 days of delivery. Contact us for a return address before shipping your return. To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs in most cases. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Returns may incur a 10% restock fee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
