Due to the instant downloadable nature of our products, I cannot offer any refunds or exchanges on your purchase. However, if you do have any problems with the download or file, please contact me here on Etsy and I’ll help to resolve it as quickly as I can!

Will a physical item be shipped to me?

All products in my shop are digital downloads (PDF, PNG, or SVG files). No physical product will be shipped to you when you purchase from my shop.

Do you offer a commercial license on your Kindle inserts?

To comply with Etsy's policies, I do not offer commercial use license on my Kindle inserts. You may print them as many times as you like, but you may not resell them (in digital or physical format).

What kind of license do I receive with my PNG purchase?

All PNGs (excluding Kindle inserts) come with a single commercial use license for physical products only. This includes Print on Demand providers. You may not share or resell any PNGs you purchase in my shop as digital downloads.

What happens if my Kindle insert doesn't print correctly?

All Kindle inserts are provided in pre-sized PDF format. For best results, print at home at 100% scale or “Actual Size”. Selecting “Fit to Page” or any other scaling option will distort the dimensions of your insert

Can I use PNGs/SVGs that I purchase for digital designs?

No. Any PNGs or SVGs that you purchase from my shop can only be used on PHYSICAL end products. You may not use them to sell any kind of digital design, including reselling them as clipart.

How long does custom e-design take (ex. custom Kindle inserts)?

Fully custom Kindle inserts will take 1-2 business days to design. Please see each individual item description for specific design times or exceptions.

I accidentally purchased the same item twice. Can I get a refund?

If you accidentally purchased the same item more than once, please send me a message within 30 days of your purchase, and I’ll be happy to refund the duplicate order. Because all items are digital and delivered instantly, I’m unable to offer refunds on duplicate purchases requested after 30 days. If you're ever unsure before purchasing, feel free to reach out—I'm always happy to help!
